A: You can pay rent online, check, or money order. Cash is not accepted for any fees.

A: Pets are subject to owner approval and the tenant must pay a pet fee that is determined by property.

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: Everyone who signed the lease must agree to release you from your lease and accept full responsibility of the lease obligations. Otherwise, you are still responsible for any unpaid rent, late fees, or tenant property damage.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: No problem! Provide 30 days notice that you will not be renewing and we’ll start the move-out process.

A: The owner pays for repairs or maintenance requests that are not caused by the tenant. Tenant damage repairs may be paid with the security deposit.
